When should I book?

The sooner, the better — especially for summer weekends! Dates can fill up quickly.

Do you deliver and set up everything?

Yes. I personally deliver, set up, and take down all rentals.

Where do you deliver?

I serve the Greater Boston area and surrounding towns. For tent packages, I offer free delivery on orders within 20 miles of Malden, MA. If you’re a little farther away, reach out — I may still be able to help.

When do you deliver and set up?

Tents are typically set up a day or two ahead of your event to give you time to decorate and ensure that everything is to your liking. Takedown is typically a day or two after your event, depending on your needs. If set up or takedown needs to occur on a specific day, just make a note at the time of booking.

Do I have to be home for the set up or takedown?

No, I just ask that you clearly mark where you would like each corner of the tent to be located. These markers can be stakes, rocks, paint, etc.

What if it rains?

No worries — I offer optional sidewalls to help protect your guests from rain and wind.

What happens if you cannot deliver and set up on the anticipated day?

Unfortunately mother nature has the last say sometimes, and I may not be able to set up or takedown on the anticipated day due to adverse weather or strong winds. I may need to show up early in the morning or late in the evening depending on the situation. In rare occasions I may need to show up the morning of the event. Rest assured, I will do everything I can to ensure your event is ready to go on time!

What happens if a storm occurs while the tent is up?

As you are probably well aware, Massachusetts can experience some bouts of extreme weather. As rare as it may be, there may be times when I will need to come take down a tent during the weekend of your event for the safety of the guests and potential damage to property. In the rare event a storm comes before or after the event and the tent is already installed, I will take the tent down and do my best to set up once the storm has passed.
