Our modular dance floors have a hardwood backing which offers extra rigidity when assembling on uneven surfaces.
A subfloor may sometimes be required, but our hardwood dance floors can handle uneven surfaces better than plastic snap-lock style dance floors due to their built in rigidity. Sending us a photo of the area ahead of time will help us determine if a subfloor will be required!
