When should I book?

The sooner, the better — especially for summer weekends! Dates tend to fill up quickly.

Do you deliver and set everything up?

Yes. We deliver, set up, and take down all rental equipment so that you can focus on enjoying your event.

Where do you deliver?

We proudly serve Middlesex County and surrounding towns. For tent packages, we offer free delivery on orders within our service area. If you’re a little farther away, please reach out — we may still be able to help!

When do you deliver and set up?

Tents are typically set up a day or two ahead of your event to give you time to decorate and ensure that everything is to your liking. Takedown is typically a day or two after your event, depending on your specific needs. If set up or takedown needs to occur earlier, later, or on a specific day, please simply make a note at the time of booking.

Do I have to be home for the initial set up or takedown?

Nope. We just kindly ask that you clearly mark where you would like each corner of the tent to be stationed. These markers can be made using stakes, rocks, chalk, etc.

What if it rains?

No worries — we offer (optional) sidewalls to help protect your guests from wind and rain.

What happens if you cannot deliver and set up on the anticipated day?

Unfortunately Mother Nature has the last say sometimes, and we may not be able to set up or takedown due to adverse weather or strong winds. In select cases, we may need to be onsite early in the morning or later in the evening depending on the situation. On extremely rare occasions, we may need to set up the morning of the event. Regardless of the forecast, please rest assured that we will do everything we can to ensure your event is ready to go on time!

Need a flame resistance certificate?

Just ask! We’ll happily send you the flame resistant certification for our tents ahead of your event.
