Tent Rental Process

Pick your date

Dates tend to fill up quickly so it pays to plan ahead, especially during the popular summer months. Once we confirm availability, we will schedule your set up, and make sure that everything is ready for your big day! Tents will be set up 1-2 days ahead of your event in order to give you time to decorate and ensure that everything is to your liking. Takedown is typically a day or two after your event (so feel free to take advantage and use the tent for evening drinks or a BBQ with friends in addition to your main event!) If set up or takedown needs to occur on a specific day or at a specific time, please make a note at the time of booking. We will always do our best to work with your schedule!

Choose your size

Don't know the size of your party? Don’t sweat it! The tent packages we offer can accommodate a variety of party sizes. Each package can be customized to fit your event by adding more tables, chairs, lighting, tablecloths or even another tent. No matter the event, Evergreen Tents & Events has you covered! When booking a tent package, please note that you will also receive free delivery, lighting, set up and takedown.

Consider location

High peak frame tents offer more floor space than traditional pole tents because the center pole is suspended by cross cables. Therefore, they can be set up on a variety of surfaces due to their framed design! For hard surfaces such as a driveway or patio, water barrels or weights can be used to secure the tent for an additional charge. On flat grassy surfaces, large stakes hammered 2-3 feet deep will be used to secure the tent. The tents measure 20 ft x 20 ft and require enough space to accommodate a stake or weight at each corner and at least 15 feet of unobstructed vertical height. If you are unsure if a tent will fit, kindly send a photo of your space and we will do our best to figure out a solution.

Underground Hazards?

When setting up on grass, we will need to know of any underground hazards, such as water or electrical lines, well in advance. If unsure, please contact Dig Safe (811)!
